Privacy notice

This notice covers this website and the contact form on it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and the message you write. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever you put in the message. We collect nothing else.

Why we collect it

To answer your request. We use your details to read what you sent, reply to you and, if you ask, prepare a Reachable Buyer Map for your company. We do not add you to any list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply stop, we stop contacting you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation, then delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Platform Pipeline who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Asking for deletion

You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Write to melissa.clarke@platformpipeline.co, or send the request through the contact form. We will confirm once it is done.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags. The only outside resource it loads is a set of typefaces.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
